· CROCODILES AND BIRDS from a bridge
over a river, well before the beaches we stop at.
·
3
BEACHES: At the first beach we spend a couple of hours where you
can swim in calm water, walk on a sandy beach, relax under the shade of almond
and coconut trees before having a delicious lunch at a restaurant on the beach. The second beach is at the resort town of Jaco
with it’s many hotels and shops. There we’ll stop at one of the larger hotels
for a quick walk through it to the beach and take advantage of their clean
restrooms. The third beach is for viewing with scenic
overlooks of the Pacific in addition to other beaches we stop at for the view. Dress comfortably for warm weather; bring a swimsuit, towel, sandals &
sunscreen.
· SCENIC
1 hr. DRIVE from
San José to the beaches and many overlooks of the Pacific.
· SPECTACULAR
VIEWS OF PACIFIC, the Gulf and Peninsula of Nicoya from a
luxury villa hotel perched high on beachfront forest covered mountains as our
last stop, if we don't stop at the crocodile bridge to try to catch a view of flying
Scarlet Macaws heading for their nests, before we start our 1½-2 hr return to
San Jose, or if you brought your luggage be dropped off at any of the many mid
pacific coast hotels in the Herradura and Jaco Beach areas.
