*All prices quoted are per adult and are based on the tour operating with 4 or more paying persons and includes lunch on all full day tours unless otherwise stated. 1 or 2 persons may join others to form a small group.  So email us or call now with ample advance notice to join others!  When exclusive private tours for 3 persons or less are preferred, or when the tour operates with less than 4 persons, a small surcharge may apply. Surcharges² may vary according to the tour but are generally only from $15-$20/person when most tours operate with only 3 persons and from $40-$50/person for only 2 in a private tour with all the many inherit advantages of a private tour with only 2 or 3 persons.

² Tours outside the central valley, i.e. full day tours to the beaches have slightly higher surcharges because of the longer distances and/or other fixed costs involved.

PLEASE REMEMBER, our typical service is NOT in a cramped 25 or more passenger bus, but rather a personalized service in comfortable air conditioned 5 to 9 passenger 4x4 SUVs or in larger air conditioned vans and buses as needed. Tours include refreshments, fruit and snacks carried on-board at no extra cost and are operated in plain English by a knowledgeable American born citizen with dual nationality who holds a Master of Science degree with teaching experience that shows in his approach to operating the tours.
Discounts for Children 6 yrs. old and under, and children 3 years old  or under are usually FREE when accompanied by at least 1 adult per child and the tour operates with at least 4 paying persons; children or Adults.

REFUND POLICY:

• Deposits and payments are 100% refundable with 30 days or more of notice prior to the first/earliest reserved tour date.
• 50% of the payment or deposit is refundable with 21 days or more notice prior to the first tour date if cancelled in writing by email..
• Payments or Deposits are NOT refundable in part or in full with less than 21 days notice prior to the first/earliest tour date if cancelled in writing by email,unless a FULL Payment was made, in which case the following  applies.
• 50% of Full Payments are refundable with 14 days or more prior notice to the first/earliest tour date, except for the portion of payments already paid for entry fees, hotels or to other service providers whose cancellation policy is different from ours, for which their own particular cancellation policy would apply. But most of these other service providers do not refund with less than 30 days prior notice or sometimes 15 days prior notice. We cannot guarantee another service provider's refund policy, but we will do our best to help you while we have to abide by their policy. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation in writing by email. We feel that our refund policy is reasonable, fair and more lenient than other tour operators. To say to others that no space is available for a certain tour or date, we need a guarantee from all of our customers.
• Absolutely NO Refund applies for cancellations with less than 14 days prior notice before the first/earliest reserved tour date.
• In any case cancellations must be made in writing by email to any of our valid email addresses in which case the date of the email applies and is then acknowledged by us in a reply email,
